North Collier Fire CERT Volunteers paid it forward during the 2018 holiday season, donating their time to man The Salvation Army kettle at the Publix at US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road. The volunteers collected $6,000. This kettle averaged the highest collection of all kettles in Collier County! How did they do it? They pulled out all the stops including wearing their red and green holiday attire and hats, ringing reindeer bells and some have even resorted to singing! NCFR personnel also got into the act and could be seen manning the kettle as well. Thank you to all who are helping The Salvation Army with their annual fundraiser! Great job!
