Evaluate an Inspector

It is the goal of North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District to ensure that our service meets or exceeds your expectations.  If we have provided inspection services to you, we invite you to complete our Inspector Evaluation and tell us how we’re doing. Your comments and suggestions are very important to us.

Please be advised that Florida has a broad public records law, and all correspondence to the District via email or electronic web form may be subject to disclosure. Email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address or the web form released in response to a public records request, do not correspond with the District via email or submit an electronic web form.
