Crowd Manager Certification Class

$30.00 Where are crowd managers required?
In accordance with the 2015 edition of the NFPA 1 Florida Fire Prevention Code Chapter 20 – Occupancy Fire Safety Section: 20.1.5.6 , assembly occupancies shall be provided with a minimum of one trained crowd manager or crowd manager supervisor. Where the occupant load exceeds 250, additional trained crowd managers or crowd manager supervisors shall be provided at a ratio of 1 crowd manager or crowd manager supervisor for every 250 occupants. This includes establishments for deliberation, worship, eating, entertainment, drinking, amusement, awaiting transportation or similar uses, or used as a special amusement building.
Who needs to attend?
Any assembly occupancy with an occupant load capable of 50 people. This includes employees.
What is the purpose of a crowd manager?
A crowd manager ensures that an establishment is ready to handle a crowd or event. The Crowd Manager can delegate duties with other employees as to assure the safety of the patrons.
