Question #1 In regard to this solicitation, if we are a prime and can perform three categories, can we add a sub that performs one category and submit on all four in our proposal? (Answer Revised on 08/03/26 at 4:00 p.m.)

Yes. Respondents can add subcontractors and/or subconsultants but must list them as detailed in the RFQ.

Yes, resumes count toward the 25 page limit. The limit for each individual resume is 2 pages.
