Emergency response within the District is supported by 11 strategically located fire stations.

Station 10 is located near the intersection of Immokalee Road and Randall Boulevard. The station serves the communities of Twin Eagles, Orange Tree, Waterways, and the surrounding estates area.

Station 12 is located near the intersection of Immokalee Road and Everglades Boulevard. The station serves the surrounding area, including significant undeveloped land and areas extending east to the City of Immokalee.

Station 40 is located at the intersection of Goodlette-Frank Road and Pine Ridge Road. The station serves the industrial area along Pine Ridge Road, the east–west corridor from the Gulf to Airport-Pulling Road, the north–south corridor from Orange Blossom Drive to Creech Road, and the surrounding area.

Station 42 is located east of I-75 along Immokalee Road. The station serves I-75 at Mile Marker 111, the communities of Quail Creek, The Strand, Oakes Boulevard Estates, and the surrounding area.

Station 43 is located off Vanderbilt Drive, south of Bonita Beach Road. The station serves the communities of Barefoot Beach, Audubon, Bentley Village, and the area formerly known as Little Hickory, spanning portions of both Collier and Lee Counties and the surrounding area.

Station 44 is located within the community of Pelican Bay on Hammock Oak Drive. Due to its close proximity to the beach, the station houses a Beach Patrol Response Team in addition to an engine, ladder truck, and ambulance/squad. The station serves Pelican Bay and the surrounding area.

Station 45 is located adjacent to Veterans Park off Immokalee Road. The station serves as the location of the District’s Administrative Offices and provides service to numerous communities, including Palm River, Willoughby Acres, Stonebridge, and the surrounding area.

Station 46 is located on Pine Ridge Road near the I-75 interchange. The station serves the northbound and southbound lanes of I-75, neighboring communities including The Community School of Naples and Kensington Park, and the surrounding area.

Station 47 is located south of Pine Ridge Road on Airport-Pulling Road. This station houses both Greater Naples and North Collier Fire personnel. It serves the communities of Poinciana Village, Grey Oaks and the surrounding area.

Station 480 is a Collier County EMS facility where the District operates from through a partnership with Collier County Emergency Medical Services. The station serves the communities of Island Walk, The Vineyards, Logan Boulevard, and the surrounding area.
